Apples* - Teff* - Dates
I add just a touch of dates to this dish. Dates are full of vitamins, minerals and give a natural sweetness that babies love. Teff is an ancient Ethiopian grain that is rich in calcium, iron and other minerals. It’s one of the most wholesome grains a baby can eat.
Thaw in fridge. Microwave for 15 (half portion) to 25 (full portion) seconds. Mash it up, check temperature and serve! Optional to add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water.
Serving suggestions: You can mix 1 ounce of full fat, plain yogurt into 2 ounces of this dish, or serve the yogurt alongside. You can also serve this with cheese (and crackers!)
