Blueberries* - Sunflower Seeds* - Sour Cream* - Murasaki Sweet Potato*
This dish is a delight in colour, flavours and nutrition. This one took me the longest to create as I wanted to add seeds and some fat into a filling dish. Most fruit dishes don’t leave baby full.
Thaw in fridge. Microwave for 15 (half portion) to 25 (full portion) seconds. Mash it up, check temperature and serve! Optional to add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water.
Serving suggestions: I cut tiny pieces of whole wheat bread, baby crackers, apples, etc. My younger daughter would mix her cereal oat grains with this dish and eat until she was satisfied.
