Most Indian babies the world over will eat some version of this dish, as it’s centuries old.  My recipe here was my daughters’ staple food as babies, and continues to be so into their adult years (with added sautéed onions and spices).

Thaw in fridge.  Microwave for 15 (half portion) to 25 (full portion) seconds. Mash it up, check temperature and serve! Optional to add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water.

Serving suggestions: Serve as a meal. Optional to serve with plain full fat yogurt or avocado.

*All profits above our net cost will go towards our baby food being donated to Food Stash Foundation for distribution to food-insecure families.
